Michael Schreider ISG Dammam

Michael Schreider

Principal, ISG Dammam

Michael is an experienced administrator with 29 years in education, of which the last 17 have been in administration. He holds a bachelor of arts from Queen’s University, a bachelor of education from the University of British Columbia, and a master of education from the University of Ottawa.

From 2020-2023 Michael was deputy principal at Branksome Hall Asia. Previously he was a principal in Canada, worked in Bahrain, and was the MYP coordinator at Frankfurt International School.

As a leader, Michael is engaged at every level of daily school life and seeks to understand the needs of staff, children and families. He strives to find the right balance between academic excellence within a supportive environment. He firmly believes in encouraging each student and staff member to be more of who they are and helps them to identify and develop their strengths.

Michael has two children currently in university. He is joined at ISG by his wife Anne-Marie who teaches at ASD.

Shina George

Assistant Principal for Elementary School, ISG Dammam

Shina George joined ISG in 2000 as an information technology teacher after completing her master's degree in chemistry and a bachelor's in education. She believes that “technology will not replace teachers, but technology in the hands of a great teacher can be transformational.”

Shina then pursued a master's degree in computer application. Later she took over as the digital learning coach, where she coached teachers to integrate technology into the classroom to make teaching and learning a meaningful experience. Shina was appointed as the elementary school assistant principal in February 2017 and has since then earned her masters in educational leadership from the American College of Education.

Trevor Naidoo

Assistant Principal for Middle School, ISG Dammam

Trevor Naidoo completed his bachelor of science (math and physics) and went on to complete his bachelor of education (honors) as well as other teaching certificates in Durban, South Africa. This was followed by a master's degree in leadership and administration through Buffalo SUNY in 2012.

Trevor joined ISG in 2002, with his wife, Veron, and twin sons, Luschen and Leevan, after teaching math, physics and computer science for several years in Durban. At ISG Dammam, Trevor has taught high school math, physics and IT as well as being the school IT administrator since 2004.

Trevor was appointed high school vice principal in the fall of 2015 and then to middle school vice principal in February 2018.

Maggie Cashdollar

Maggie Cashdollar

Assistant Principal for High School, ISG Dammam

Maggie Cashdollar, originally from Millersport, Ohio, graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2000 with a degree in psychology and a masters degree in educational administration from Lamar University in 2014.

After earning her teaching certification in Phoenix, Arizona, she began teaching English language arts and reading and served as a coach for multiple sports. In 2007, Maggie moved to Austin, Texas where she taught English and reading to students in grades 6-12. Throughout her career, she has served as an instructional coach, assistant principal, district specialist, and as a professional learning specialist for an educational technology company.

In 2019, Maggie and her husband, who works in school leadership, moved with their toddler triplets to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
