SHARE
ISG Jubail's Elementary Biodiversity Event was a wonderful celebration of the incredible variety of life on our planet! Students immersed themselves in the worlds of different plants, animals and ecosystems through a range of hands-on activities, creative projects, and interactive showcases. They designed engaging games, crafted colorful habitat murals and built detailed dioramas, all while writing insightful reports about their selected animals. In their reports, they described each animal’s physical appearance, unique adaptations, diet and habitats and shared fascinating facts that captured the attention of all who attended.
They had the opportunity to present their work to parents, teachers and peers, confidently sharing their newfound knowledge and passion for biodiversity. This experience not only helped students gain a deeper understanding of the importance of preserving the diversity of life on Earth, but it also emphasized how they, as young citizens of the world, can actively contribute to protecting the environment. The event beautifully blended learning in both science and literacy, enhancing critical thinking and creativity.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our elementary teachers for their unwavering support and dedication. We are also incredibly grateful to all the families who joined us and encouraged our young scientists, ensuring that their insights and passion for caring for our planet were shared and celebrated. This event was a true reflection of the hard work and enthusiasm of our students, and it will be remembered as an inspiring and enriching experience.
