ASD Wins the Gold in NESAC U16 Football Tournament

The American School Dhahran U16 Girls Football team has once again emerged victorious, showcasing exceptional growth, determination and talent throughout the season.

Their remarkable journey culminated in the retention of their title in the NESAC conference, marking a back-to-back triumph in the last two years. With an emphatic 2-0 win in the championship final over American International School Kuwait, our U16 athletes demonstrated unwavering class and sportsmanship on the field.

From the outset of the season, it was evident that the ASD U16 team was destined for greatness. Their commitment to training, unity as a team and sheer passion for the sport propelled them to numerous successes and victories. Under the guidance of their dedicated coaches Lorin Ressler and Shay Abdurraheem and the core leadership group, the team evolved into a formidable force, capable of taking on any challenge that came their way.

The tournament took place at American School Doha in Qatar on February 7-11.
