ASD Students Shine at SAIKAC Swimming Championships at BISJ (Jeddah)

Thirty-three ISG students participated in the highly anticipated SAIKAC Swimming Championships at BISJ in Jeddah, with a remarkable performance from American School Dhahran swimmers.

The event saw our athletes exhibit outstanding team spirit, both in and out of the pool. They not only earned 5 silver medals and 3 bronze medals but also set impressive personal bests, pushing themselves beyond their limits. For many of our younger swimmers, this was their first experience in a competitive school event, and they rose to the occasion with incredible determination.

Notable results for ASD swimmers include:

  • Boys 16-19 200m Freestyle Relay: 2nd Place
  • Boys 16-19 200m Medley Relay: 2nd Place
  • Boys 16-19 100m Breaststroke: 2nd Place
  • Boys 16-19 50m Backstroke: 2nd Place
  • Boys 14-16 50m Backstroke: 3rd Place
  • Boys 16-19 50m Breaststroke: 2nd Place
  • Boys 16-19 50m Freestyle: 3rd Place
