Grade 3, 4 and 5 Concert and Talent Show Showcases Student Talent

On May 9, our Grade 3, 4 and 5 students took center stage, showcasing their remarkable musical abilities and performances. From soulful renditions of classic tunes to energetic dance routines, the concert was a testament to the creativity and dedication of our young performers.
The concert began with the melodic voices of the third graders singing "I Love the Mountains" and "City Life," setting the tone for an evening filled with music and entertainment.
The talent show kicked off with one student’s piano performance that mesmerized the audience with his rendition of Beethoven's "Fur Elise." Following his act, another student took to the stage to deliver a captivating rendition of "Counting Stars" by OneRepublic, showcasing her vocal prowess and stage presence.
The musical journey continued with the third graders singing "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong, filling the room with warmth and nostalgia. As the evening progressed, three students took the stage to perform "Faded" by Alan Walker, wowing the audience with their harmonious vocals and heartfelt delivery.
Next, one student delighted the audience with her rendition of "Fly Me to the Moon" by Frank Sinatra, captivating listeners with her soulful voice and magnetic performance.
The talent show also featured lively dance performances by students who danced and sang to the upbeat tune of "Price Tag" by Jessie J, adding a dynamic element to the show.
The highlight of the evening was the orff and percussion composition performed by the third graders, who showcased their musical prowess by playing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" with orff instruments, percussion instruments and boomwhackers. Accompanied by fifth graders playing the recorders, the performance was a true testament to the students' talent and dedication.
The concert continued with a diverse range of musical performances by the Grade 4 and Grade 5 students, including piano solos, recorder ensembles, drumming performances and ukulele and violin groups. Each performance highlighted the unique talents of our students and left the audience in awe of their creativity and skill.
As the curtains closed on the Grade 3, 4 and 5 concert and talent show, the audience was left inspired by the incredible talent and dedication displayed by our students.
