Building a Positive Work Culture at ISG Dammam

Teachers and staff at ISG Dammam came together for an insightful Positive Work Culture Workshop, guided by a powerful video presentation. The session encouraged reflection, collaboration and strategies for maintaining a supportive and uplifting workplace. It was a great reminder of the impact a positive environment has on both educators and students alike.

At ISG Dammam, we believe that a thriving school culture begins with the people who shape it. During our recent Positive Work Culture Workshop, faculty and staff came together to reflect on the power of mindset, meaningful interactions and intentional workplace habits that contribute to a more connected and inspired team.

The session explored key ideas such as the importance of gratitude in the workplace, the difference between a “judging” versus “learning” mindset, and the value of consistent appreciation and trust-building. Through thought-provoking visuals, real-life scenarios, and guiding questions, the presentation encouraged staff to consider how even small changes in communication, feedback and recognition can dramatically improve morale and collaboration.

Participants were reminded of the ripple effect that a positive attitude and kind word can have—not just among colleagues, but throughout the entire school community. The workshop emphasized that cultivating a strong work culture isn’t a one-time initiative; it’s an ongoing commitment to empathy, self-awareness and shared growth.

This workshop left our team feeling energized, aligned and even more committed to nurturing a professional environment where everyone feels seen, valued and empowered to make a difference.
