During ISG Jubail’s Week Without Walls (WOW), a group of adventurous students, led by Mrs. Kris Hammer and Mrs. Preetha Nataraj, embarked on an exciting trip to Bahrain. This unique experience allowed students to bond with nature, their teachers and each other while participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
The students kicked off their adventure by exploring the desert, where they camped under the stars, built bonfires and enjoyed stargazing through telescopes with the guidance of professionals. They also had the opportunity to try Bahraini instruments, kayaking and paddleboarding, embracing Bahrain's beautiful waters.
In addition to outdoor activities, the group visited iconic landmarks such as the Tree of Life, Bahrain’s National Museum and the Bahrain Fort, learning about the country's rich history and culture. One of the highlights of the trip was the students’ success in learning to ride bicycles – some of whom had never ridden before but quickly gained confidence and skill.
The trip was a perfect blend of learning, adventure and connection with nature, offering students a memorable and enriching experience. It was a week full of new experiences, personal growth and lasting bonds.
