BSD Students Discuss School Improvement and Leadership

This week, members of the Superintendent Student Advisory Council (SSAC) gathered to explore ways to further improve the BSD and the ISG school community. Their main focus was on building a strong leadership culture that benefits everyone within the school. The students discussed the core qualities of effective leadership and brainstormed how to create a school environment that endures beyond their time in leadership roles.

Additionally, the council reflected on recent changes at ISG schools that were inspired by discussions from earlier meetings. They explored how their feedback led to positive changes and generated ideas for future initiatives to continue enhancing the student experience across the ISG network.
