The National Honor Society (NHS) recently hosted an exciting Spirit Week for both middle and high school students, filled with creative and fun-themed days. Guided by Mr. Fredenburg, students embraced the opportunity to show their school spirit and express themselves through a variety of dress-up days.
Sunday kicked off Spirit Week with Sports Jersey Day. Students were encouraged to represent their favorite teams and players by wearing jerseys from sports like basketball, soccer and hockey. It was a great way to start the week by showcasing school pride and sporting spirit.
Monday brought Iconic Duo Day, where students paired up with friends to dress as famous duos. From classic characters like Buzz Lightyear and Woody to creative combinations like ketchup and mustard, students had fun getting inventive and matching up for the day.
Tuesday celebrated National Dress Day, a meaningful day for students to honor their heritage or a culture of their choice. Many wore traditional clothing or items representing different countries, showcasing the diversity and rich cultural traditions within the school community.
Wednesday was Future Career Day, allowing students to express their dreams and ambitions by dressing up as their future professions. Whether aspiring to be doctors, artists or astronauts, students had the chance to reflect their career aspirations through creative outfits.
Thursday wrapped up Spirit Week with the popular Pajama Day. Students ended the week on a comfortable and cozy note, coming to school in their favorite PJs and enjoying a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere.
