Unity Day Recognition with Core Values Assembly

The grade 12 students hosted an assembly for the students focused specifically on one of the Core Values of ISG: respect.

The Core Values Assembly is the first assembly that will be part of a series of assemblies our high school students put together.  Each grade level will be charged with presenting an assembly on one of the core values to help reinforce understanding of the value and to engage their peers in living the value in their lives.

The grade 12 assembly coincided with our Unity Day recognition to help spread awareness and prevent bullying in schools.  Grade 12 students presented the assembly to grades 9-11, 6-8 and then grades 3-5 to help them understand the importance of respect for community, self and others.

The core values at ISG aren’t simply words but words to live by, and the goal at ISG Dammam is for each student to understand how to demonstrate the qualities of respect in their lives.
