ISG Jubail held an all-staff meeting on October 6 to provide feedback that is essential to our MSA (Middle States Association) accreditation documentation.
Last school year, ISG Jubail engaged in various initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality and fostering a culture of innovation and compassion. The presentation by the Teaching and Learning Office highlighted key events, including curriculum development workshops and community outreach programs, emphasizing their positive impact on both student engagement and staff collaboration.
One of the standout elements of the review was the alignment of ISG Jubail’s initiatives with its core values of inspiring innovation and compassionate action. Staff members were encouraged to reflect on how these values are integrated into daily practices and the overall learning environment. To support the necessary work, staff members were organized into collaborative groups.
Staff members contributed to the discussion by highlighting both positives and areas for improvement. They were encouraged to reflect on how these insights could inform strategies for reaching the school’s goals over the next five years.
