The School Registrar will be part of a small dynamic team staffing the Dammam office. The position is primarily responsible for managing admissions and enrollment. It is crucial for Dammam to maintain a good relationship with the parents of our enrolled and prospective students, thus the Registrar will be our representative by continuously corresponding with them and answering all their queries.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection)
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of ISG District organization policies, procedures, and practices
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure the efficient process of admissions and to meet deadlines 
  • Process all new, returning, and withdrawing student files
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff via phone, email, and face to face meetings regarding admissions, withdrawals, as well as requirements for the Ministry of Education
  • Manage and facilitate the admissions and enrollment process for new and prospective families
  • Organize parent admission orientation events and campus tours
  • Ensure the accurate entry of student and family information into the student information database system 
  • Maintain accurate records in the school database system for both existing and withdrawn students
  • Administer the enrollment procedure (Receiving documents, evaluating, and making arrangements for applicants to do placement tests as needed)
  • Participate in a weekly admission meeting with the Principal, Vice Principals, and divisional Counselors 
  • Process Ministry approval documents
  • Work adherently with the District Admission and Finance Office
  • Generate necessary reports
  • Communicate with divisions for recommendation letters or report cards for students who will be leaving our school
  • Coordinate with Government Relations Office for attesting documents and updating Noor Database
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or the Assistant Principal
Qualifications and Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or similar in a related field of study
Experience and Skills


  • Previous office experience
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Skyward and Openapply


  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Maintain professional ethics and respect for different cultures
