2023 ISG Summer School

Dear Parents,

I would like to inform you that registration for our 4th virtual summer school has been extended to May 11.  Please take some time to read through the wonderful classes on offer.  These classes are free to all ISG students and are a great opportunity to learn some new skills or practice some existing ones.  Summer school will run over a four week period with a one week Eid break from June 25 - July 1.  Please visit ISG’s 2023 Virtual Summer School webpage to view our course catalog and select from 101 courses in areas including academic enrichment, preparatory, arts & crafts, compassion & wellbeing and games & hobbies.  Please ensure to register using your child’s ISG email address.  If you have any questions, please contact the Teaching & Learning Office at

I would like to remind you that re-enrollment for the 2023-24 school year closes on May 15.  Please contact if you have not received your enrollment form or if you have any questions.

Our teams will be hosting an ISG Alumni Reunion on the Aziziyah campus on May 30, 2023.  This invitation is open to any ISG graduate, and any student, teacher or staff member that studied or worked at any ISG school over the years.  Please help us spread the word to any of your children who have graduated from ISG.  Please let them use this form to register.

Our grade spotlight this week is on Grade 6 and Year 7 across the district.  Please click here to see how learning happens in their classrooms.

A group of our ISG teachers presented different Ramadan activities at our schools last month.  Students learned about different Ramadan and Eid traditions, put on performances, participated in Gargai’an, raised money for charity, organized Iftars and practiced kindness and compassionate action with everyone around them.  Thank you to all our teachers and parents that supported these activities.  Please watch the video to see a recap of all that took place before the break.

Best wishes,

Michael P. Mack
