ISG Jubail Wins Silver at SAIKAC U19 Boys’ Volleyball Tournament

The Jubail Jaguars demonstrated excellent prowess, securing the silver with a wonderful display of talent and resilience. Their performance not only highlighted their individual skills but also the cohesive spirit within the team.

Twelve teams from schools around Saudi Arabia participated in the SAIKAC U19 Volleyball Tournament that took place on November 9-10 at British International School Riyadh.

ISG Jubail came second after a competitive game against American International School Riyadh, while ASD came third, and BSD were named plate champions.

At ISG Jubail, we believe that competitive sports at school promote physical health by encouraging regular exercise and instilling healthy habits from a young age. Team sports also foster teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, teaching students how to collaborate toward a common goal.  We believe that along with building resilience, students develop emotional and mental strength as they learn to cope with wins and losses. 

The volleyball program is one of many athletic programs at ISG Jubail.  We encourage all our students to play and try out, no matter their skill level.
