ISG Jubail Celebrates Senior Class with March and Assembly

On May 28, the entire ISG Jubail community came together to celebrate our graduating seniors in a heartwarming and spirited Senior March and Assembly. Organized by our MSHS Counselor, Tricia Jordaan, the event was a joyous occasion filled with pride, recognition, and community spirit.

The celebration began with a lively assembly in the school gymnasium, attended by students from KG1 to Grade 12, as well as staff and the proud parents of our seniors. The entire school cheered for the graduating class, marking the beginning of their transition from students to alumni.

A highlight of the assembly was the inspiring speech delivered by our valedictorian. His words resonated with the audience, as he reflected on the journey of the senior class and shared hopes and aspirations for the future. His speech was a poignant reminder of the hard work, dedication and growth that the seniors have demonstrated throughout their years at ISG Jubail.

Following the assembly, the seniors embarked on the traditional Senior March through the school hallways. Lined with cheering students and teachers, the hallways echoed with applause and well-wishes as the seniors made their way through. This march symbolizes the unity and support of the entire school community, highlighting the strong bonds that have been formed over the years.

The festivities concluded with a special breakfast for the seniors. This year, Ms. Cays delighted everyone by making delicious waffles, adding a sweet touch to the celebration. The seniors also received their yearbooks, providing a perfect opportunity to sign each other’s yearbooks and capture memories from their time at ISG Jubail.

This pre-graduation event is a cherished tradition at ISG Jubail, allowing the whole school to come together in celebration of our seniors. It is a moment to honor their achievements, acknowledge their journey, and wish them success as they prepare for their graduation and the exciting adventures that lie ahead.

We are incredibly proud of our seniors and grateful for the support of our entire school community. Today's event was a beautiful reminder of the unity and spirit that define ISG Jubail.
