ISG Jubail Celebrates Pi Day

To celebrate Pi Day, students from Grades 6-9 participated in various activities, with a particular highlight being an exciting scavenger hunt designed to unveil the mysteries of Pi. Equipped with meter sticks, calculators and clipboards, students embarked on a quest as "circle detectives." These activities, tailored to different learning levels, helped students discover the real-world connections and significance of Pi.

Another standout feature was the cross-divisional collaboration, where our middle school students teamed up with younger students to explore the school grounds for circular objects, underscoring the value of teamwork across different age groups.

By the end of the day it was evident that the celebration had not only deepened their understanding of mathematics but also sparked an appreciation for the intriguing complexities of Pi.
