BSD U14 Girls Football Team Crowned SAIKAC Winners Three Years in a Row

The BSD U14 Girls' Football season concluded with yet another triumph, as the BSD A team was crowned SAIKAC champions for the third consecutive year.

The girls were tactically advanced and technically above many of the teams in the tournament. Adding to the success, the BSD B team secured a well-earned 1-0 victory against our neighboring school, finishing the tournament on a high. It is incredible to see the sport continue to grow as we field two teams of passionate young girls playing football.

Throughout the season, the girls displayed exceptional dedication, never missing training, committing fully to developing their skills and consistently supporting one another both on and off the pitch.

Their hard work and determination have truly paid off, earning them the well-deserved title of champions of the East! We have no doubt the B team will be determined to follow in their footsteps for next year. Thank you coaches Jennifer Gilbert and Eimear McDaid.
