BSD Girls Win SAIKAC U16 Football Championship

On February 1-2,  the BSD Girls U16 football team were named champions at the 2024 SAIKAC U16 tournament.

Hosted at the ISG Dhahran campus, the tournament brought 12 schools from around the kingdom for a competitive weekend on the field: British School Dhahran, American School Dhahran, ISG Dammam, ISG Jubail, BISAK, American International School Riyadh, American International School Jeddah, British International School Jeddah, The KAUST School, Jeddah Prep and Grammar School, Aramco Dhahran, Aramco Ras Tanura.

The football fields were energized by the talented athletes, intense matches and loud cheers of supporters, but the other teams were no match for our Lions’ technical abilities and commitment to finish strong.

Congratulations to our winners, all our U16 teams and their coaches Jennifer Gilbert, Andy Hepworth, Callum Bird, Nourhan Arnaoot and Tobias Haslam.
