Alumna Maha Siddiqi Visits with High School Students

ISG Dammam students were delighted to welcome back one of our alumni, Ms. Maha Siddiqi ‘18, to campus on Monday, May 13, for an informal presentation and question and answer session to help our students understand more about the transition from high school to college life and then into a work environment.

Maha shared her experiences studying in the United Kingdom for undergraduate work and provided valuable suggestions and tips for students to get the most out of their university experience.

She also shared how getting involved in activities, including Model United Nations in college, allowed her to meet new people, build a community and develop new skills and talents.  She encouraged the students to explore many university courses to find their passion. She also reminded our students that right now, they are building a foundation for future success with their hard work and attention to their studies.

Maha is currently working as a research associate with the National Health Service in Nottingham and Lancaster University on a global project with the International Commission on Occupational Health and will shortly start a Doctoral Fellowship with the University of Nottingham in Psychiatry and Applied Psychology.

ISG Dammam is very proud of Maha and all our alumni who make meaningful contributions in a variety of ways all around the world.
